WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Earlier the Better:
Try to arrive 10 minutes early to the studio. This will provide you ample time to locate your spot, adjust equipment to your setting (if necessary) , warm up and get ready to SweatParty with no stress or rush. If you’re a new member, this will allow time for an instructor to help set up your equipment needed for class, review the class format, and answer any questions you may have.
Unplug:
This is your time. You’re making a commitment to yourself. Take a step back from the digital world. We ask you to kindly keep your cell phones outside of the classroom. If you choose to bring it into the classroom, please turn off your cell phone. Please dim watches. If you need to be reachable during class, please give your phone to the front desk and they will retrieve you from class if needed.
Stay Present:
The instructors will cue a variety of exercise movements throughout the classes. Be sure to stay in the present moment to follow along. This will only amplify your experience. Please minimize talking during class, come earlier or stay later to mingle before or after class.
Early Departure:
If you need to leave class early, we ask that you select a spot close to the door and inform your instructor before class starts.
Spot Booking:
All classes offer spot booking. When you register for class, you will be prompted to pick a spot in class. If you’re new to class, we recommend picking a spot to the side or back where you can watch and follow others.
Complimentary Equipment:
We got you covered. We offer complimentary mats and cycle shoes to all members attending classes. There are no extra costs. Towel service provided.
